These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quille website and the services we provide. By engaging our services or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Quille provides online business identity services including, but not limited to, brand identity design, website development, business email setup, social media setup and SEO services as described on this website.
2. Payments and fees
A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project. The balance is due on completion, prior to final delivery of files. All prices are quoted in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
3. Revisions and approvals
Each package includes the number of revisions stated in its description. Additional revisions are quoted and billed separately. A project is deemed approved and complete on written sign-off by the client.
4. Intellectual property
On receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created for you transfer to you. Quille retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines without penalty to Quille.
6. Warranties and limitations
Quille provides its services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, social media follower counts or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Projects cancelled mid-completion will be billed for work completed to date. Where no work has commenced, the deposit is refunded in full.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
